I purchased 3 custom racks and let me tell you, they are amazing. The quality of the build is far superior to major brand competitors. I've been looking for the perfect racks for a long time, and all I can say is wow!!! Sturdy enough to house a 120lb slab of beautiful granite atop, the center island option is perfect. Dan even customized the rack to house magnums, which blends in seamlessly. The wall mount rack with crown molding is solid, absolutely solid. Even at max capacity with the optional stem holder full, the rack still has no visible wear lines or any stress points. I cannot say enough about the quality of these racks, and the professionalism Dan the owner. I had all of my racks stained and they look awesome. The wine rack is amazing! Perfect fit for the section i planned for it in my kitchen. Very easy to assemble. Your making of the pieces makes it very easy to see where they fit with one another and it took about 15 min or so to assemble with a screw gun. The quality of pine used as very good as well. Smooth sanded pieces with good grain really lends itself to a good stain. I stained it a nice dark oak color and it matches the rest of the kitchen flawlessly. Overall A+ on craftsmanship and materials, and matches exactly as advertise. I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent craftsmanship! We have purchased several other large racks before for what we considered a "reasonable price" and Dan's rack was not only very competitively priced, but superior quality as well. He really surprised us with the quality, I probably shouldn't even say this because he will start charging more, but the quality of his racks is way above the price. He clearly takes pride in his work. He came out to install the rather large rack we ordered, and showed us how we can add on to the same rack in the future if we so desire. The wine rack was a great Christmas present for my father. The racks are very sturdy and well constructed. The instructions are simple to understand and the assembly is easy, only requiring a screw driver. I have purchased a number of wine racks online for both family, friends, and myself, and have always found that the racks are poorly constructed and made of less than reliable wood. Dan's racks are solid wood and well constructed. We chose not to stain our rack, but you could definitely choose do so, if you wanted. Dan was great to work with. He worked with me to ensure the racks he was building would hold my father's wine collection. I am more than comfortable working with, and ordering wine racks from Dan at WineStackers. Best, Trevor
